For sticker orders only. This is if you want add tracking to your sticker order. You are not required to buy this if you are fine without tracking (snail mail).
This upgrade will be added on top of your $1 sticker shipping. So in total the shipping will be $4.
If you are buying other items such as prints, pins, wash tape, etc. in your order, you do not need to buy this.
